Honda CB1100RC - 1982 - One Owner Bike - Only 25,860 Miles
The CB1100R was an exotic Honda model produced in limited numbers between 1981 and 1983. The first of which had a single seat with the further two models been twin.
Honda produced 15000 units of the RC and RD with most of these found in Australia and New Zealand and was the first homologated special that Honda produced.
This is the bike that the 1987 500cc GP champion, Wayne Gardner rode in the production race of 1982. Him and his team mate finished 2nd and 3rd, as well as finishing a host of races including New Zealands Castrol 6 hour race.
The bike is untouched with all the original patina as you would expect with a bike approaching 40 years old. This has a 'Eckert' four into one exhaust. This exhaust was one of the desires of the 80s and was famous for the Bol d'Or.
This also comes with two brand new Jama replica end cans.
